These terms govern use of the BeforeAfter beta. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that it is a documentation tool, not a forensic, appraisal, inspection, insurance, or legal service.
BeforeAfter helps users capture and organize before-and-after photos, notes, comparisons, and condition reports. Features may change during beta and some features may be unavailable or experimental.
You are responsible for the content you capture or upload and for having the right to do so. You retain responsibility for reviewing your records and reports for accuracy before relying on or sharing them.
BeforeAfter may identify or help you review visible differences between images, but it does not determine when a change occurred, what caused it, who is responsible, whether an image is authentic, whether damage is hidden, or whether any record will be accepted by an insurer, business, court, or other third party.
Computer-vision or AI-generated results may miss changes or identify differences that are not meaningful. Human review is required. Do not rely on automated output as professional advice or as the sole basis for a safety, legal, insurance, financial, or repair decision.
Do not use BeforeAfter to violate law, invade another person's privacy, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to another user's records or account.
The beta is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. Keep copies of records that are important to you and use the available export/report functions where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular evidentiary, legal, insurance, inspection, or commercial purpose.
These terms may be updated as BeforeAfter develops. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
